The flap disc is one of the most commonly used grinding materials in metal processing.
The flap discs are preferred in a wide range of applications and features for long lifespan and ease-to-use, therefore are trusted by operators. Due to the stronger adaptability of the flap discs compared to other grinding discs and polishing sheets, operators of various skill levels rarely damage parts during work. Although fiber grinding discs have a faster grinding speed and longer service life, they lack the diversity of applications compared to the flap discs. Additionally, the flap disc is better suitable for grinding and smoothing curves and contours.
